Sorry - we do not reveal our sources. Many many days and hours have been spent researching our products and designs to differentiate ourselves online. Anyone wanting them can their own research.

Maybe. If you need a gift in a short time frame please call or email us. Sometimes we can easily complete your gift by your deadline, but others may require an extra charge for overnight shipping. Just be sure to let us know and we'll do our best to work with you.

We'll do our best to try! Send us an email with your request and we'll answer it asap. Whether you're looking for a special design, business logo, or even names in chinese, we can custom design a special gift just for you. Please note that custom designs can take up to three weeks, so try to give us plenty of notice.

We currently ship only to the USA and Canada at this time. If you absolutely need a gift shipped overseas we recommend shipping the gift to yourself. Then you can take care of the overseas shipping.

Each personalized product has an expected delivery date listed on it's webpage. Our items are not embroidered until we receive your order - so everything is custom to your specifications. Orders can take up to two weeks before you receive them - so be sure to order early.
