STORE POLICIES

ORDERING - There is no minimum order. All Personalized orders paid by money order, Visa or MasterCard are usually delivered to you within 14 days, but can occasionally take longer during the Christmas season. Custom logos take a minimun of three weeks. Orders without embroidery are sent sooner. For customers in the Streator area, pick-up can be arranged by contacting us

SHOPPING ON-LINE - For your convenience, we have installed a Secured Shopping Cart where you may use your credit card for on-line ordering. Our shopping cart requires the use of cookies on your computer. If you do not wish to enable cookies, then please email us your order. You can also print out your order using our shopping cart and mail it to us. For Illinois residents, a 6.5% sales tax will be applied. See below for shipping.

TERMS -- We accept personal checks, money orders, and credit cards. All amounts are in US dollars. Orders paid by personal check will be held until the check clears. There is a $25.00 charge for all returned checks.

SHIPPING - All items are generally shipped UPS ground. Please note that shipping to Canada will incur higher shipping charges than quoted by the shopping cart. We will email you an estimate upon request. We do NOT ship outside the United States and Canada unless it is to an APO address.
