Thank you for your interest in Pixie
and the Prince's dropship partner program. Please read the following
policies and information before requesting to become a dropship partner.
~Policies~
* To receive our dropship partner
discount, you must first be a registered user. Each dropship partner is
required to read and sign our dropship information page which is then
kept on file at Pixie and the Prince.
* Our dropship partner discount is 20%
off our regular retail prices with no minimum purchase required. NO
other discounts, promotions, barters, specials or sales apply to the
drop ship price. You may charge the same or more than our retail prices
- but not less.
* Our drop ship program is easy to
use. Just cut and paste our pictures as is on your website - as we
retain property ownership of these pictures.
* Embroidered gifts are purchased
through our website using the special 20% off voucher code that is
assigned to your business. We accept Visa , Mastercard, Discover and
American Express.
*Illinois Sales Tax ~ Sales tax will
be charged if you do not have a Illinois resale license and the
embroidered gift is being shipped to a Illinois address.
* Shipping is a flat fee of $4.95 to a
single USA mainland address. Alaska, Hawaii and Cananda will have
higher shipping charges - please email me for a quote. We currently do
not ship outside of the United States and Cananda at this time.
However, as a dropship parter, you may request the embroidered gift be
sent directly to you - which you can ship to your international
customer.
* Orders under 5 pounds are sent via
USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Orders over 5 pounds are
usually sent via UPS. If the delivery confirmation number verifies that
an embroidered gift has been deliverd, we are not responsible if the
customer claims not to have received the item.
*Custom embroidered gifts average
about 2 weeks from order date to customer delivery.
* It is up to you, the dropship
partner, to verify if we still carry a particular product and at what
price. We will always be updating our product line. It is important
that you update your pictures on your web site as often as we do. We do
not take responsibility if we no longer carry a product and your
customer has purchased it from your site. Though we will do our best to
keep you informed of any changes via email.
* All personalized embroidered items
are not returnable. Once personalized, these items cannot be
resold and are therefore not eligible for a refund. However, if the
mistake is ours, we will cheerfully and promptly correct it.
*We will include any business cards or
brochures that you send to us for your dropship orders. Your website
company name is listed on the return address label of your embroidered
gift.
